Back in 2002, Timo Lieben from Berlin helped shape the early fingerboard scene by creating some of the first small wooden fingerboards, when plastic setups were the norm. His work laid the foundation for what fingerboarding is today, and Berlinwood decks have been respected by multiple generations of riders around the world ever since.
Each Berlinwood fingerboard is made from five wooden plies and is 100% handmade in Germany. The Low shapes feature a more mellow concave, offering a smoother feel that rewards more precise flicks and control.
