Customer Service Department:

Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (PST)

In-Person Storefront:

Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 7 PM (PST)

Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM (PST)

Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM (PST)

Product Availability

Our team makes every effort to keep our site’s inventory updated but due to unforeseen circumstances or even human error we cannot always guarantee availability as very rarely there may be a stock discrepancy. If an item results to be out of stock or has an impending arrival date, you will be contacted via email or telephone by one of our representatives. You are welcomed to contact The Vault during business hours to check for accurate availability prior to your purchase.

Pricing

The Vault strives to always preserve low prices. Be advised prices are subject to change at any time without notice due to dealer/manufacturer updates.
