The Vault Fingerboards ships all merchandise via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Unfortunately, we do not offer any expedited shipping through our regular checkout pages at this time.
Almost all orders ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders are only processed and shipped Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Store hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 11am - 7pm
Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a $15 rerouting fee per package to correct a shipping address after the order has been shipped.
PO Boxes
The Vault does ship to PO boxes but only with USPS. FedEx & UPS will only accept physical addresses. We do not suggest entering a PO box if you are purchasing any large items/obstacles as those will likely NOT be shipping with USPS. If you do enter your PO box for an order with a large item, a representative will likely give you a call or email to retrieve a physical address.
US Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
We are able to ship to APO or FPO boxes however, the shipping rates will not be calculated accordingly in the web checkout. The flat rate shipping fee will be applied as a deposit towards the accurate shipping rate. You will be responsible for the full price of shipping. A representative will reach out to you to collect these additional charges. If you are not comfortable with the full shipping rate, we offer a complete refund on these orders.
Non-Contiguous US
The Vault does, ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska but please note that you will be responsible for the full price of shipping. The flat rate shipping fee will be applied as a deposit towards the accurate shipping rate. A representative will reach out after you have placed the order to collect the additional rate once the package size and weight has been determined.
Oversized Packages
Please note that oversized packages will not apply for the flat rate shipping fee. Very large fingerboard obstacles, parks, or ramps are considered 'oversized items'. Orders with multiple larger items may also be deemed an 'oversized package' depending on the contents. The full shipping rates will not be calculated in the checkout and a representative will reach out to collect the full price of shipping after you have placed the order, once the package size and weight is determined. If you are not comfortable paying the full shipping cost we offer a full refund on the order, or the specific item(s) in question.
