The original Generation 1 FlatFace Wheel is back. They're the first wheels Mike Schneider ever designed, all the way back in 2006. Using the original drawings, this release stays true to the original, using the same size, shape, and material that kicked everything off.
The G1 is small, measuring 6.2mm in diameter and 4.2mm wide, with a squared-off shape resembling worn-down old skate wheels. These wheels are made from White T material, delivering that soft, and smooth feel that made the original G1 so special.
They’re compatible with all fingerboard trucks, though it’s worth noting they were originally designed for Tech Deck trucks, which were the standard at the time. When used with professional trucks like Blackriver or Dynamic, loosening the locknut about ¼ turn may be needed to get a proper spin.
Please note: These original G1-T bearingless wheels are offered mainly for historical and collectible purposes. Durability isn’t guaranteed, and they will wear over time with use. The lower price reflects this, and replacements can’t be offered if they break.
